What vaccines does my dog need to stay with you?
All dogs must have their DHPP series and rabies vaccines in order to stay with us. They must also be on a monthly heartworm/flea/tick preventative as well as any other vaccinations required by your vet. The kennel cough and canine influenza vaccinations are recommended but not required.
What should I send my dog with during a boarding experience?
Please send your dog with their LABELED food and supplements (including heartworm/flea/tick preventative if they will come due over their stay), a small blanket from home if needed, and their recommended training equipment. We have everything else a dog could ever need here (including leashes, toys, chews, dog beds, and more).
*Please let us know if your dog has any food sensitivities, allergies, health conditions, or other restrictions we should be aware of.
Do I need to purchase anything prior to a Board & Train experience?
You might! But guidance will be given ahead of time. Your dog will be required to arrive at the facility with the necessary equipment (such as a leash, collar, or no-pull device). This is up to the owner to purchase. Equipment depends on what behavior will be being worked on and what training approach will be used.
Can my intact dog board with you?
We are happy to board intact dogs! We do ask that you do not send your females in heat. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis if the dog is known to us. We have intact dogs in our home and want to make sure everyone can board safely and responsibly.
When should I contact you if I want to board with you?
Prospective new clients must inquire a minimum of 2 weeks before their desired boarding date. Current clients may contact us at any time, understanding that spots fill up fast and there may not be room to accommodate last-minute requests.
