Board & Train Experiences

All Board & Train experiences will end with a 2 hour lesson with the owners. This lesson is intended to equip the owners with the skills they need to maintain the training at home.

Board & Train experiences are meant to give your dog a solid foundation of your desired behaviors, but it is up to you as the owner to continue the training in the home in order to keep the progress your dog made.

Please disclose any aggression history your dog may have (including any bites/injuries that have occurred). This will significantly inform our training and work with your pup.

Board and Train Pricing

$800 per week for 2 weeks
$775 per week for 3 weeks
$750 per week for 4+ weeks

Additional lessons are available at $75 per hour, plus an additional $25 travel fee for travel over 30 minutes from Adams, MA.

Puppy Jump Start

For puppies 8 weeks to 6 months old
Focuses on puppy foundations for socialization, potty training, name recognition, walking on leash, sit, and come when called
2 week minimum

Basic Manners Camp

For dogs 6 months old and up
Focuses on sit, down, stay, loose leash walking, come when called, and polite greetings with people
2 week minimum

Off-Leash Camp

For dogs 6 months old and up
Intensely focuses on learning and proofing coming when called in high distraction environments
Geared towards creating a reliable off-leash hiking, biking, or general outdoor canine companion
2 week minimum

Tune-Up Camp

Available to any dog who has completed a Board & Train program within the last year
1 week minimum

Specific Behavior Intervention Camp – By Request Only

Not all behaviors are suitable for a Board & Train setting
Lack of confidence, hyperactivity, or poor manners in public could be addressed in this setting, while aggression in the home or separation anxiety may be better suited for private lessons

In-Home Boarding

In-Home Boarding dogs will stay in Haylie’s home with her partner and their dogs. All dogs are crated if not being supervised. The in-home boarding dogs are able to enjoy a half acre of fenced yard, occasional trips to dog-centered events, and hikes in the woods, with permission.

$75 per day for 2-10 days
$70 per day for 11-25 days
$60 per day for 26+ days

Private Behavior Consulting or Lessons

Haylie offers private one-on-one behavior consulting/lessons. During this experience, she will train you to train your dog. Haylie is experienced in addressing basic obedience; she specializes in addressing behavior issues including aggression and reactivity.

Private Behavior Consulting or Lessons Pricing

$100 per hour for lessons within 30 minutes of North Adams, MA
Additional travel fees will be applied for travel within 45 minutes of North Adams ($20) and 60 minutes of North Adams ($30)
